Kodo Arts’ Japanese antique sale is Oct. 8-16 in Nevada City

Kodo Arts Japanese Antiques is holding its annual 9-day only fall show and sale from October 8-16 at its spacious antique warehouse in Nevada City, CA.

Celebrating its 10th year, Kodo Arts will have a “Kansha Gratefulness Sale” with huge markdowns. Located off Hwy 20/49, one hour east of Sacramento and 1 hour west of Reno, Kodo Arts opens its warehouse to the public only twice a year, once in the fall and spring, for 9 days only each show.

Kodo Arts has just shipped a 40-ft. container from its Kyoto warehouse full of unique furniture, home decor, garden, stone lanterns, lighting, art, kimonos, scarves, architectural and a cornucopia of unusual and very affordable items. There is something for every budget and taste.

Kodo Arts owners, Jake Costello and his wife Yuko, shuttle twice a year between Kyoto, Japan, where they have a country house and a warehouse, to bring their treasures to California

Lots of great wine tasting rooms and sushi in Grass Valley and Nevada City, plus winerys, restaurants, hiking, and charming hotels. Concurrently on the weekends of the Kodo Arts Show, the Nevada County Open Studios Arts Tour will be happening as well as many other events in the area.
