Wanderlust returns to Squaw Valley on July 17-20

Wanderlust, producers of the largest yoga lifestyle events in the world, returns to California July 17-20 at the birthplace of the Wanderlust Festival – Squaw Valley. Nestled in one of Mother Nature’s most picturesque creations, this four-day retreat will gather together yoga enthusiasts, families, foodies and mindful adventurers for an unforgettable getaway.

Surrounded by the High Sierra peaks, attendees can practice yoga from renowned instructors, take in live music from today’s conscious artists, participate in inspiring lectures, venture in outdoor activities such as hiking, paddle-boarding, biking, and indulge in organic delicacies. This year’s impressive line-up of both local and national talent will bring together the conscious community in one life-changing celebration.

“It’s hard to believe it’s been six years since we landed our first event in Squaw Valley. This magical place has inspired us to continually innovate around how man can work harmoniously with nature,” said Wanderlust co-founder Jeff Krasno. “We look forward to another year of bringing people together to celebrate, exchange ideas and experience the good things in life.”

A few things not to be missed:

YOGA—Hit the mat with world-renowned yoga instructors encompassing a vast variety of yoga styles and personal tastes: Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Rod Stryker, Gurmukh, Eoin Finn and more. Dedicated yogis have the option this year to opt for a Voyager Pass that features the full festival experience with an added Module 1 of the Wanderlust Teacher Training, providing for an 8-day life-changing experience offered by no other yoga festival producer.

MUSIC – Jam out with conscious artists like Big Gigantic, RJD2, Nahko & Medicine for the People, Polyphonic Spree and the positive hip hop of MC Yogi.

NATURE – Outdoor enthusiasts of all ages will delight in the full range of adventurous activities, which offer spectacular views such as explorative hikes, adventure runs, and destination biking and even meditative rafting.

TALKS – Attendees will be inspired by the Speakeasy series, a lecture program featuring today’s most mindful and spiritual thought leaders: Gabrielle Bernstein, superstar chef Sarah Copeland, internationally recognized meditation teacher Sally Kempton and many more.

OTHER ATTRACTIONS – A collection of imaginative activities like Acroyoga, hooping, aerial yoga, and slacklining will be available. And for the first time, daily family yoga classes will be offered, allowing kids of all ages to learn and practice yoga alongside their parents.

The Wanderlust Festival tour will continue beyond Squaw Valley with stops in Wanderlust Whistler July 31-August 4th and Wanderlust Mont Tremblant August 21-24th.
