CELLO’S FIJI CHOCOLATE
Artisan chocolate-maker Cello Chocolate is now selling a chocolate bar made with cocoa beans from Fiji. The cocoa comes from the Mataswalevu Cocoa Farm on the island of Vanua Levu. Its description: “Hot cocoa notes with a creamy marshmallow finish.” In June, Cello chocolate owners Ned and Debi Russell are going to Turrialba, Costa Rica, to visit the Peralta Cocoa Farm.
