Orchestral World Series
The brass sections of the Boston Symphony and St. Louis Symphony add fuel to the fire for the 2013 World Series between the Red Sox and Cardinals.
The brass sections played “Anything You Can Do” and “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” for the video. “While the intro to the video starts with some ‘trash talking,'” as Boston magazine reports, it ends on a good note, with a message of support for both teams, in what the brass band members called ‘the best World Series yet.’”
Seiji Ozawa, the Boston Symphony’s former director, was present to conduct the Boston brass.:
