Fall Strawberry Music Festival is in Tuolumne

“The Fall 2015 Festival will take place Labor Day Weekend, on September 3-7 at the historic Westside property in Tuolumne CA,” according to the Strawberry Music Festival organizers. “Steeped in history and natural beauty, Westside is easy to get to but is still somewhat off the beaten path. The property is a geographic bridge to the quiet and charming town of Tuolumne, with lots of recreation opportunities just a short walk or bicycle ride away. We hope that you will support join us for this first time event!”

The longtime festival was at the Nevada County Fairgrounds last fall. For years, it has been at Camp Mather in Yosemite, but it was displaced as a result of the 2013 Rim Fire. At Tuolumne, the festival would be set up over 100 acres and could host up to 5,600 people, according to a report in the Tuolumne media.

The Spring Strawberry Festival is at the Nevada County Fairgrounds on May 21-25. Iconic singer-songwriter Bonnie Raitt, among others, will perform.

The annual Sierra BrewFest is at the Fairgrounds on September 5.
