Naggiar, Art Works Gallery win “wine” and “art” categories on KCRA 3 A-List: coup for Grass Valley
For years, our Sierra FoodWineArt magazine has proudly promoted food, wine and art in the Sierra Foothills to readers in Reno, Tahoe, Sacramento, Chico, Yuba City and beyond — in print and on the web.
So we were thrilled when two Grass Valley-based businesses — one in “wine” and one in “art” — Friday were named winners in the KCRA 3 A-List, beating out nominees in Sacramento and throughout the region:
They were among the 171 winners who competed with more than 8,900 nominees to be named the BEST of KCRA 3 A-List.
People vote online to determine the best local businesses by popular vote. KCRA verified more than 249,000 votes to determine the winners of the 2014 KCRA 3 A-List. The winners are listed here.
Naggiar won over Gold Hill Vineyard, Wise Villa Winery, Bogle Vineyards & Winery and Karmère Vineyards & Winery, in that order.
Art Works Gallery won over Artists Collaborative Galllery, Blue Line Arts, American Visions Art Gallery and Arthouse Gallery & Studios.
Art Works Gallery is an artist’s cooperative located in historic downtown Grass Valley, CA. About 35 Nevada County artists have come together to offer a wide variety of fine art and crafts to our local community and visitors to our beautiful foothills.
Naggiar stated: “Voted Number #1 in ’10,’11,’12 &’13! Family owned and operated. The Tuscan-inspired tasting room/event center overlooks 60 acres of vineyard.
