Redbreast: The standard bearer for single pot still Irish whiskey

A story about the craft of creating the world’s favourite and most respected single pot still Irish whiskey. “Redbreast is a reflection of Irish whiskey as it used to be and always should be,” according to master blender Billy Leighton. “Hold a glass of Redbreast up to the light, and at its heart you will see a rosy glow. The whiskey is called after the Robin redbreast. Maybe that is what inspired the name.”
