Persimmon Cookies
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground clove
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup persimmon pulp
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisin
Mix dry ingredients and put aside.
Mix wet ingredients well. Add dry ingredients mixing until blended. Add nuts and raisin
Drop by spoonfuls on lightly greased sheets. Bake at 350 degree for about 15 minutes
Cool on wire racks
