Open Studios Art Tour of Nevada County on October 6-7, 13-14

MORE THAN AN ART EXHIBIT OR SALE, the Fall Colors Open Studios Tour of western Nevada County is a chance to connect with artists and experience first-hand how, where and why art is created.

Visit the workspace of painters, printmakers, photographers, ceramicists, illustrators, woodworkers, jewelers, designers, and more. Watch live demonstrations, and observe works in progress to learn about an art process from concept to completion.

Studios are open October 6-7 and 13-14, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

The Open Studios Tour also highlights the natural beauty of our area during this fall season and illustrate all that Nevada County has to offer—whether you are an art collector, wine enthusiast, nature lover, foodie, farmer, local or visitor. Young or old, there is something for everyone to explore and enjoy.

The Open Studios Tour features 67 artists and 34 studios on a self-guided tour throughout Nevada County. Visitors have the opportunity to meet local, professional artists, see their latest work, and buy original art in a wide range of media and styles.
