Schedule of Events

Pancake Breakfast
· 7:00 am -11:00 am @ 5840 Horseshoe Bar Rd. Loomis Fire Department will be hosting a sumptuous feast
Opening Ceremonies
· 8:45- 9:45 am The Del Oro Golden Eagle Marching Band performs at the Train Depot round a bout.
“The Little Sprout” Fashion Show hosted by Camelot Costumes
· 10:45 a.m. Boys and Girls Ages 0-10 years welcome to participate. Simple qualification: Wear purple &/or green clothing. First 30 participants will receive a ‘Purple Reign’ ribbon. Check in between 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Main Stage
Pine Derby ‘Eggonopolis 500’
· 12:15 P.M. bring your own pine derby with a decorated Eggplant man driver. Categories include Kids (Ages 0-13), Adults and Business Teams. Pre-registration begins 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Webb Street. Check–In at 12:00 p.m. Prizes for each category.

Kid Zones
· Quad Jumper, Tea Cups Kids – Adults, Rock Wall, Mechanical Bull, Giant Slide
· Scuba Diving Lessons cost is only $10 and kids from the ages 8 to 10 will be treated to a special Bubblemaker class. Sign up sessions will be available the day of the festival.
· Free Make & Take arts and crafts.

Avenue of the Arts

Food

Local food vendors such as Randy Peter’s Catering, Hacienda, Valencia Club, Scoops Italian Ice, Kettle Corn County, Aunt Betty Corn Dogs, will be serving Eggplant dishes that will include eggplant tacos, eggplant parmesan, eggplant kabobs, eggplant hamburgers & fries, grilled eggplant, and fried eggplant. Along with our featured eggplant dishes, you can still expect all of your typical festival food too.

· 11:55 to 12:35 McLaughlin Studios Faculty Group and Jazz Cats
· 12:45 to 1:45 Joe Berry Quartet -Joe Berry is an award winning Saxophonist, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and fluent in all forms of jazz. Joe brings a mature and knowledgable sound to the stage and performs all the classic repertoire from the most important decades in jazz. Joining the stage with Joe will be the Los Angeles based, new and up coming voice in jazz, Jessie Clemens. Jessie has one of the most sultry, and unique voices and together, this group is a must see and will not disappoint.
