Terry Crews: “Andy Samberg will wed Joanna Newsom this week”

“Funny man Andy Samberg and singer-songwriter Joanna Newsom will wed this week, according to the comedian’s new TV co-star Terry Crews,” the San Francisco Chronicle is reporting.

(Newsom, the harpist, pianist, vocalist and songwriter, was born and raised in Nevada City. She is well-known in the foothills).

“’The Expendables’ star let the news slip while promoting their new show “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” on TV in America on Tuesday.

“Asked about his relationship with his co-star, Crews said, ‘He’s getting married this week.’

“Crews, who will miss the wedding because he’s too busy promoting his new comedy series, admits he has had a heart-to-heart chat with Samberg about the sanctity of marriage.

“He tells ‘Access Hollywood Live,’ ‘I’ve been married 24 years, so I’m like, ‘Dude, be serious, this is real.’

“News of Samberg’s engagement to his girlfriend of five years broke in February.”
