Smartphone food photography is booming. For chef and Instagram food photo pioneer April Bloomfield at the Spotted Pig in New York, it’s a new medium to share her passion. April uses her iPhone to share a look inside her kitchen. Her photos are sometimes abstract, sometimes appetizing, and almost always edible.
